Enrichment Services Program, Inc. is a private, non-profit community action agency founded in 1965. The work of the Agency was financed by the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, which launched the Nation’s “War on Poverty” under the Office of Economic Opportunity.
Enrichment Services Program, Inc. provides opportunities and assistance to residents within an eight county area of the lower Chattahoochee Valley. |
