Energy AssistanceThe Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally-funded program that helps low-income households pay their home heating and cooling bills.
The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) TEFAP is a program that helps supplement the diets of low-income Americans, including elderly people, by providing them with emergency food and nutrition assistance at no cost.
Emergency Food and Shelter Program This program is designed to assist low income families in obtaining food, shelter, and utilities assistance for a 7 to 30 day period. This program is not offered by ESP in Muscogee County.
Nurse Aid TrainingThis program provides classroom instruction and clinical activities which prepare an individual to become a CNA (Certified Nurse Aid) in a short period of time.

Home Delivered MealsThis program provides a nutritious meal, 5 days a week, to senior citizens and individuals who are home bound. We partner with local churches to deliver the meals that are prepared in the ESP, Inc. Kitchen.
Case Management focused on Family Self SufficiencyCase management focused on family self sufficiency is funded by the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG). CSBG is a federally funded, antipoverty reduction program that was created to promote and provide an array of services and activities to encourage self sufficiency and to make permanent improvements in the lives of low-income families and individuals.
